Called home by Princess Makoto from a planet she was training on, the tomboyish Dera was shocked to find the outer planets fallen. Taking up the leadership of the Gaurdian Scouts, she was met by oposition from Oberon, and the two became unwilling allies in the war.

"Gallilean Star Power, Make-Up"
Her transformation call.
Raising her hand, lightning shoots out of no where and stikes it.
Then her tiara with a gold gem her golves and gem appear. Next,
electricity swirls about her and it joined by a redish mist that solidifies
about her body and shows her in a green and red sailor uniform.

"Ganymede - Hard - Surround"
A wall of rock appears around her as a protective barrier.
Spining on her foot like a ballerina, she crosses her arms and closes her
eyes. She shouts out her phrase "Ganymede Hard Surround as she slows
and the ground tremors. When she stops the rock shoots up from the
ground and surrounds her.

"Io Cinder.... CONFUSION!"
A thick cloud of smoke and ash surround her, hiding her from view.
Waving her right hand in a circle as she turns a ball of
ash and smoke surround her.

"Europa .... Energy Eruption!"
Strongest Attack
Raising both fists into the air, she calls out "Europa" and they glow
with a bright green light. She crouches low suddenly and pounds
both first to the ground and the green energy shoots from her hands
and into the ground as she speaks, "Energy".
The light travels below the ground and then stops below
the target. Then as she allows it to charge, she gives a wink
and shouts "Eruption". The energy shoots up and
vapoizes the villian.
