Okay. There's this guy, and he's getting married, and his buddy, who is already married, tells him it's a bad idea, and they recount, in flashback, why it is a bad idea.
It seems that in the course of Guy #1's relationship with his girl, that they have fought, and argued, and nearly killed each other over the fact that he is afraid of commitment, and won't ask her to marry him.
Finally, he get's up the guts to ask her, and she accepts, and they fly to Vegas to get married.
Then, things go awry, the marriage is messed up, and the movie ends. Go Figure.
There was a plot. I'll give it that. And in fact, it was almost a good plot. The one problem was that the plot revolved around sex. Their entire relationship was based on sex. Everything they did, had some sort of sexual connotation to it, and thusly, the characters seemed two dimensional. Flat and unemotional, except when ti comes to sex.
Therefore, I give this movie 1 1/2 Field Mice.
And, as always, Ebert can have the Balcony, the Sneak Previews guys can have the Aisle seats. I want the exact middle!
