New Home Services is a small buisness that has several specialty cleaning phases of New Home Construction along with commercial services.

NHS not only cleans up the waste on the sites but also works with the builder(s) to reduce material waste,theft(s), and workmens compensation claims.

First let's discuss the most important thing in this industry/trade and workmens comp.

NHS has been in this industry going on it's 14th consecutive year,and out of these 14 years of service,not one of my Builders has ever filed a workmens claim due to hazardous conditions from,material waste to dirty floors.

NHS works with the Builder(s) to keep the Exterior and Interior of the constructed home free from all hazardous conditions.

The ones that are not familiar with the language used here with in,I'll explain the terms.

Hazardous conditions:

Waste on floors from sawdust to scrap lumber.

Saw dust:

Wood shavings and sheetrock, drywall dust.

45% of all workmens claim is from slipping on the dust. All contractors on site are always in a rush,either to get done or from being behind,this creates fast movement and if you walk on the dust the chances are greater that you'll slip than not slipping.

Theft:

NHS has committed to the industry to assist the Builder(s) in the elimination of theft from equipement to materials,and this procedure can be discussed in private with the Builder(s) only,this technique has been proven over and over again and it is an effective way to reduce shrinkage due to theft.

NHS has a procedure set up called PHASES:

...phases is a cleaning stage that is omitted after so much of the constructed home is completed,these phase start from begining of foundation poured to basement whole dug out,then concludes when new home owner takes position of their new home,all they have to do is :

" MOVE IN ": they don't have to worry about any cleaning it's all done for them.

NHS has introduced in it's phases several procedures that no other cleaning service can offer or initiate,reason is,NHS is a small buisness but yet big enough to handle any construction site available ,and the other cleaning services in this field have such a high over head that they can't afford to do this specialty service.

NHS has very little over head to worry about and I plan on keeping it that way,that way I can continue to supply the builder a service that is cretiqued to his specification(s). NHS over head is around 1.5% to 2% and with this type of overhead,I don't have to worry about adding unseen or hidden charges back to the builder(s) that most others do and will.

NHS has worked on homes ranging from mid 50's to 1 million in value.
