The Staff is an important part of the Junior ROTC program at Bainbridge High; each staff position, though different from the rest, requires responsibility, dependability, and challenges. After the Annual Awards Banquet at the end of each year, the potentials for the new staff are interviewed, selected, and announced. Sometimes, due to course changes or other reasons, new staff members are added in the middle of the school year, in January.
