The Glockenspiel
Munich is home to the most famous glockenspiel or carillon in the world. We rushed to the Munich Rathaus just in time to hear it. It is like a giant music box...the figures turn putting on a magical show as the bells chime....beautiful!There were many people there...making it rather hard to get a good shot...and the figures were protected by a screen...
