There are many different types of awards. They have requirements which your web site must meet, in order to qualify for nomination. Usually load time, navigation, color and graphics, content, creativity and html are considered.
Other awards may be more specific in their criteria: your site must be humorous, a business site, member of a particular web space provider, related to a specific topic, etc.
You have put alot of time effort into your web site. Now it's time to let the other webmasters view your work.
