      Well we could, but we won't.  All of those "cute" gadgets and graphics consist of files that must be downloaded to the viewer's computer screen.  Graphics are BIG files and take time to download.  How many times have you been surfing the web and came onto a page with so many "cute gadgets" that you left before it completely downloaded.  This is the same thing that your prospective customers/clients will do.  Frames are nice, but are they necessary (some search engines can't correctly read them).  Lots of graphics are pretty, but are they necessary to the ultimate goal of your site, the increase in your business.  Your site should be lean and mean!
