3. Skinny Men
a) This one sparked the entire design of the creatures that would become our stage props and centerpiece for
the "Above" video. My fascination with skinny bodies and masks definitely shows here. Looking at it now, I
notice how truly sad it is. Here is a waif of a creature, hiding behind a mask that is just as frail and ugly as the face he hides.
b) The little spermhead’s right foot is one of the best I’ve drawn. His head shows the first spark for yet
another element of the "Above" creatures - tubing and tentacles. Messing with the human form is very
appealing to me.
