Sacramento continues to add depth to their roster by signing Tyrone Corbin, a 14-year verteran of the NBA. The specifics of the contract aren't worked out yet, but Corbin must receive the minimum of $1 million dollars over one year. Geoff Petrie had this to say about Corbin, "Tyrone is one of those players that every coach and general manager wants on his roster, "He is a leader both on and off the court and at age 36 has kept his body in tremendous shape. ... I think he will be a very beneficial asset to our team."

Last year for the Hawks, Tyrone averaged 7.5 points and 3.1 rebounds per game. Tyrone Corbin, 36, should be a great bench player, and could play a vital role in leading Sacramento into the playoffs.
