(This page is a warning for anyone who may be forced to deal with these people if they are still employed at VW)
Mickey Hart- A very nice lady who is/was head of C&IH and can get things done immediatly.
Lisa- She's a very nice person; however, she can not get anything done when it comes right down to it.
Mike- An ASSHOLE of the first degree who is rude and insensitive.
Colin- Another ASSHOLE who could also use some lessons in manners and sensivity.
Keep in mind that the C&IH office staff is employed by Disney, not VW; so they should treat you just as you treat your guests.
I feel better now that I've vented.
