Scott: That one started out with me thinking you can’t really distinguish reality from dreams, but it went in a way different direction, and it’s more about a relationship with my girlfriend. It’s about not being able to figure out where I want to be.

James: The music and the verse have such a great mood and I remember when we first did it I was pretty nervous because this was the first time we tried something so dynamic and got so soft with the music. We tried it so many different ways and tried to make it louder, and at one point we said, You know what? It’s cool if we keep it soft. What are we afraid of?
