Return Policy
 

 

Our policy states...
"Any merchandise arriving in broken or torn packaging
should not be opened by the recipient 
if there's a question as to whether the item has been
damaged during shipping."
Should this be the case, customers should
"Return to Sender"
and then e-mail The Fairy Grove management
to alert them of the situation .
Once Management receives the package,
a replacement item will be shipped immediately.
 
If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase,
The Fairy Grove will refund your purchase price 100%
if the item(s) purchased are returned unbroken
to The Fairy Grove within 30 days of purchase.
