ONE ANGRY VIEWER

Well, I got online today, and one of my online friends IMed me. They said that some of the people who have signed my guestbook were pretty rude, and I informed him that most of those were jokes written in by my best friend. He proceeded to say, "even that last one?" So, I went to the site and checked it out. Here's the entry:

Comments: I just wanted to let you know that your "COOL-O-METER" very messed up. You put 0.9 after 0.0. It appears that you failed simple mathematics back in elementary school, so I just wanted to let you know that 0.9 is in fact greater than 0.0 and it should therefore come before it. Does that make sense? If you have any quesions about it feel free to e-mail me. I also wanted to let you know that your site is very boring. I'm sorry, but the lack of graphics is pitiful. Also, it's not sarcastic hum

Now, if you go back to my "COOL-O-METER" you will notice that in fact, there is a negative sign in front of the "0.9" ranking, making it in fact, not "0.9," but "-0.9". Obviously our good friend Jessica failed to notice that before sharing her expert criticism with me and the rest of the happy-web-surfing world.

Now, she's pointed out a few things about my web-site, but let's look at her message, shall we?


Article 1- She writes, "I just wanted to let you know that your "COOL-O-METER" very messed up."
Did she mean to say that, my "COOL-O-METER" IS very messed up, or just messed up? My call on this is a very bad grammar mistake.

Article 2- I've already mentioned her poor observation about the numerical system on my "COOL-O-METER"...(see above).

Article 3- She writes, " If you have any quesions about it feel free to e-mail me."
Well, look at this...another mistake? The last time I checked, "quesions" is not, (due to popular belief) an actual word.

Article 4- She writes, "I'm sorry, but the lack of graphics is pitiful."
Let's see...did I not, in fact, mention at the top of my web page, that this site is new, and apologized for the lack of content?

***Just a note: I am very open to criticism of any kind, and I am welcome to suggestions, but if you do decide to sign my guestbook, please for my sake, and your own, get your facts straight AND don't forget to check your grammar.***
