When you start the mission go straight ahead until you see a big room with a fan and lots of air ducts. The Missile is in the far left air duct on the ceiling as you enter the junction room.

FCS: QX-AF
Exterminate Organisms 30000C
The FCS is in the back left corner of the queen organism's room.

Booster: B-T001
Guard Factory Entrance 32000C
It's in a box at the extreme northeast corner of the field. Use your mapping system (if you have one) to find it.

Head: HD-X1487
Guard Freight Train 32000C
The head is in one of the many boxes in the refueling area. Use your mapping system to find it or just destroy all the boxes.

Flamethrower: WG-FG99
Destroy Intruders 42000C
It's in a box in a hidden passageway in the wall underneath the platform you are standing on when you start the battle. Use your mapping system to find a box dangling in mid air on the side of the chamber.

Laser Sword: LS-99-MOONLIGHT
Kill Struggle Leader 38000C
The sword is in a hallway where the floor can be destroyed showing a deep passageway. You'll find the sword at the bottom of the passageway.

Generator: GBG-XR
Destroy Plus Escapee 5000C
The generator is on the backside of the building structure you are standing on at the start of the battle. Be careful when trying to find it because falling will cause you to fail the mission.

Small Missile: WM-S60/4
Secret Factory Recon 32000C
The missile is in a box in the extreme southwest corner of the field. Use your mapping system to find it.

Laser Rifle: WG-1-KARASAWA
Destroy Fuel Depot 21000C
It's in the last chamber, in the small corridor near the ceiling with many fuel tanks inside it. Destroy the fuel tanks and check the left hand corner for the rifle.
