Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was chartered at the State University of West Georgia on May 26, 1973 by 13 determined women. Thus, giving birth to the illustrious chapter of Kappa Delta. Through the years Kappa Delta has lend its helping hand to the campus community, as well as surrounding areas. On April 24, 1993 Kappa Delta was rechartered on the campus. Giving new life to an already dynamic chapter. For the next millineum, Kappa Delta will continue with the tradition of public service and sisterhood.
