The Portrait Gallery is a sample of some of our dog students "best friends" and other pets as well, done in Charcoal and Ink by the Trainer, "Duff Lueder". Mr. Lueder has done portrait work for over 40 years and enjoys drawing people and pets alike.
These portraits can be done from favorite photographs, (particularly if it is a past favorite pet), or a series of photos can be taken by Mr. Lueder to help capture special lighting and pose. This is done via an in home consultation and meeting of the pet or done in the process of training if the pet and owner are training clients.
The portrait process then begins in Mr. Lueder's studio, with the work taking from 1-2 weeks for completion. All fees are based upon subjects with appropriate backgrounds. Travel expenses when applicable and crating/shipping costs are extra.
