Cry Baby is a 1950's style rock musical about class difference in suburban Baltimore. Cry Baby Walker can make all the girls fall for him by instantly crying for no reason. But there is only girl he wants, and that is Allison Vernon Williams. The thing is, Allison is a rich "square" (prep) and Cry Baby is a "drape" (Greaser). Allisons friends and Grandmother try to stop their growing love, and not even a jail sentance can stop them from loving each other.
