This film begins at the Gravel's home. Peggy Gravel is sick, and a bit insane. She tells her 400 pound house maid, Grizelda, to kill her husband. Grizelda does, and they run off. A cop catches them before they make it out of Baltimore, and is willing to let them go to the town for criminals, Mortville, only if the girls give the cops their underclothes, and gives him a big kiss on his bleeding lips. The girls do so, and run off to mortville, where they find a room with the butch Dyke, Mole McHenry, and her girlfriend, the most beautiful girl in Mortville, Muffy St.Jaques. Here Peggy turns on all of them, and becomes the servant to the evil Queen Carlotta of Mortville. Peggy makes a pot of rabies, and plans to spread it across Mortville, as a publicity stunt for the tourists. The Lesbians break in to the castle before the Queen and Peggy's plans fall throught and they kill both of them. The lesbians then cook the Queen and serve her to the citizens of mortville.
