The Mirror’s Image?

I know what I am and I accept myself that way.

The truth is what I call myself in the image of today

I need help but I just rather be me

Let us delve into the image we rather not see

A crazy and angry person lurks within my mind

I can be incredibly sinister, put nothing beneath me

I am a murderer through the gun’s barrel I see.

I am a liar but yet the truth is what I seek

I am a lover, with words is only a part of the way I speak

With eyes that contemplate everything that I see or believe

A mind so many fragments of liquid gleam

It slips through your hands like the saltiest sea

In everyone I touch I leave but a piece

An unmistakable persona with a infectious glow

The feeling of me almost unforgettable

What am I you say?

I am a man, just human surprisingly

But in my mind I am more and less equally

It just depends on who, when and what I want to be

I am a lie and the truth, It just depends on what u believe

Belief in what you see or belief in what u feel

It all sums up to what u believe is real

Reality ... hmm the child of the heart and dreams

These are the things that our mirror sees . . .

The same things we try to hide from those who do not seek

Are the same things we hold secretly in front of the mirror to see
