One day in early 1999, my roommate, Nick, and I were bored, and decided to do something creative with our time. What followed were three silly songs. This is the second one.

At the time, we had been doing nothing much more than sitting on the bean-bag chairs, watching reruns of the Denis Leary HBO comedy special "Lock and Load," and playing "Turok 2" on Nick's N64.

Also, being in our second year of college, we were each broke, so all we drank was Kool-Aid, and we were hungry most of the time. This song, then, became a portrait of our lives at the time.

The really bad thing about it is, once it was written, I realized that it was a pretty good song. So, I decided to try to work into the recording some cool effects, including audio clips at the beginning and ending of the song consisting of "white noise" (static) and then Darth Vader talking and breathing (we also watched a lot of "Star Wars"--hence the Darth Vader references). I think that it will be a nice piece of music once I am finished with the production.
