So the tour has started... And we FINALLY get to meet Peaches, Lil Fizz's girlfriend. They met back in 5th grade, and they were each other's first love. They make such a cute couple! :) We just finished a long day of rehearsals, and we're all just taking some time to chill before we go to sleep and get ready for a long day of interviews, more rehearsals, and then the opening night show in New York... AT THE APOLLO!
You know we're all nervous, but we know our talent so we're not too nervous. My cousins are more nervous than anyone else... Stylz A2Z is the first act to perform in the show. I'm nervous for them too cuz they're singing a song that I wrote called, "Stop Playin With My Heart". Then, they're gonna sing a song Zsa Zsa wrote for Omarion called, "Best Friend".
I'm hyped cuz it's the first night of the tour, and we are at the Apollo in New York. Stylz A2Z is onstage first, and they rock the crowd! They opened with the song I wrote called "Stop Playin With My Heart"... they sound so good!!
The next song they sing is "Best Friend"... a song that Zsa Zsa wrote for Omarion. Just then, Omarion and J Boog walk up behind me to watch the show.
ZSA ZSA (singing): You've been my best friend right from the start...
OMARION (to J Boog): Z is singing her heart out! That's a nice song.
J BOOG: Yeah, it's tyte. You know she wrote it for you, right?
OMARION: Oh, yeah, we go back to kindergarten!
J BOOG (laughing): Remember how you put gum in her hair when yall were in elementary school?
OMARION: Why do you have to bring that up?
**Stylz A2Z starts to sing "My Secret Fantasy" - a song that Amber wrote.**
J BOOG: Dang, Amber is FOINE!! I wonder if she would go out with me?
OMARION: With you?? You're a youngin, she probly likes older guys. Like Romeo.
J BOOG: Who you callin youngin? She's only 6 months older than me!
OMARION: Amber is a sophisticated lady, she wants a guy that can give her candle light dinners, and heavy romantic stuff. Not a youngin that thinks going to the arcade is a date!
J BOOG: Amber is a down-to-earth girl, I bet she would go out with me. I even got her a little present. **He takes a teddy bear out of the gift bag he's holding.** Isn't it cute? And it's her favorite color, purple.
OMARION: I bet she laughs. Anyway, she's in love with some guy already, listen to the song she's singing.
AMBER (singing): I see him every day, but he doesn't know how I feel... Will he ever know he's my secret fantasy?...
v J BOOG: She's singing about me.
OMARION: Keep dreaming, man!
**Stylz A2Z goes offstage and into their dressing room. J Boog is holding the gift bag containing the teddy bear and he's smiling as he approaches the door. But he notices Romeo is already knocking on the door. Amber answers.**
AMBER: Hey, Romeo, what's up with you?
ROMEO: I was wondering if you were busy later. Wanna chill with me?
AMBER (noticing J Boog): Ummm....
ROMEO: What's wrong?
AMBER: Nothing... Sure, I'll hang out with you later. Where do you wanna go?
ROMEO: Doesn't matter... we can just play it by ear. See you around 12:30?
AMBER: I'll see you then.
**Romeo walks to his dressing room. J Boog, looking sad, takes the teddy bear back to his dressing room. I'm about to go on next, and I'm so nervous! De'Mario (aka Raz B) is trying to keep me calm by making jokes... and he's full of them!!**
RAZ B: Kandi, you ready?
KANDI: I'm ready.
RAZ B: You really ready?
KANDI: I'm really ready.
RAZ B: You're gonna tear it up... (whispering in my ear) With your sexy self!
KANDI (cheesin): Oh, stop!
RAZ B: Wanna chill with me later? We can play some Play Station 2, get some hot dogs, and drink some Kook Aid! *laughing*
KANDI (laughing): Mario, you so crazy!
RICA (my manager): Come on, y'all, break it up! It's almost time for you to hit the stage, KandiGyrl.
KANDI: I'm ready!
RAZ B: Don't hurt nobody, Boo! **he hugs me tight** (whispering in my ear) With your sexy self!
KANDI: Stop, boy!
RICA: Let's hit it!
I head for the stage, say a prayer, and get ready to perform. The crowd is hype, and I'm hype and ready.
KANDI (to the crowd): New York, are y'all ready to party with me?? Well let me see those hands in the air!!
The show is hype, and it's over way too fast! I come offstage to see Druex and his girlfriend Peaches. He's busy introducing her to everyone who hasn't met her already. I don't know why Shonte seems jealous... she claims she's just friends with Druex, but you wouldn't know it by the dirty looks she's giving Peaches!
LIL FIZZ: Kandi, I finally get to introduce you! This is my girl Peaches. Peaches, this is J'Wan, but we all call her Kandi.
PEACHES: Nice to meet you.
KANDI: Nice to meet you too. You havin fun so far?
PEACHES: I'm always havin fun when I'm with Fizz! *smiling*
SHONTE: Well, some of us have to work. I gotta get ready for my set. Yo, Druex, when are we gonna hit the stage together?
LIL FIZZ: It'll happen, Shonte. Oh, Peaches, there's something I wanted to give you.
PEACHES: What is it?
**Lil Fizz gives Peaches a locket with a pic of the two of them inside. He puts it on her.**
LIL FIZZ: This way, even when we're apart, my heart is still with you.
PEACHES (hugging him): Oh, Druex, that's so sweet! Thank you!
SHONTE (under her breath): I think I'm gonna throw up! **Shonte goes to her dressing room**
