God wants for you this new year
To reach out to Him and draw closer.
Seek His guidance in all you do
In Him is victory to see you through.

Take a step of faith reach out to God
Make this pledge, Oh make this resolve.
Victory was accomplished on the cross
This new year take hold of Christ.

Surrender the agonies of the heart
As peace in your soul He will impart.
Draw closer to Jesus there is no shame
Sing His glory and praise His name.

In Jesus your goals you will achieve
As He is the fortress so do not grieve.
Spiritual prosperity is in the making
Trust in God you will not be lacking.

He is with you each and every day
And blessings are now on their way.
Forever with God if true you remain
