Daily Weights

It is important for you to weight yourself everyday and contact your doctor if you notice a change in your weight.  Keep a daily weight record and talk to your doctor about his recommendations for weight control.

The best time to weigh yourself  in the morning, just after you void (pee).

Keep your scale in the bathroom near the toilet so that you will not forget to weigh.

Weigh at the same time daily, with the same amount of clothes on.
