Why should I exercise?

Exercise can play an important part in prevention of symptoms from worsening and improve quality of life.

How much should I exercise? 

The recommended program should include10-15 minutes of warm-up and 20-30 minutes of exercise, followed by cool-down time.  The goal is to exercise 3 to 5 times a week.  Of course you should never start an exercise program without a proper screening by your physician.  Remember, you do not have to exercise alone.  Develop a buddy system.  Having a partner will motivate you to stay active.
