• Ordering and payment terms: To order by credit card, online bank draft, or Paypal transfer, please use our online shopping cart. If you do not have a PAYPAL account, you can go to www.paypal.com to set up your FREE account. If using our PRINTABLE ORDER FORM, payment may be in the form of personal check, money order, cashier's check, or credit card convenience check. All orders must be paid for in full before items will be shipped. Please print out and mail in your order form with payment to the address below. For faster processing, you may e-mail or fax your order. This will allow us to have your order already processed and ready to ship when your payment has arrived. You will still need to mail in the copy of your order form along with your payment so that we can double-check the order to avoid any errors.
  
• Shipping & Handling:  ALL orders, regardless of size or weight, will be charged a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping and handling charges. Orders over $50.00 will receive a free $5.00 gift certificate towards their next self-defense product purchase at our site.  All merchandise is shipped via US postal mail, priority mail, or UPS unless special shipping arrangements have been made with us. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days.
  
• Backorders: No backorders or substitutions, unless special arrangements have been made with our company.
  
• Customer Service: If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance, please contact us via e-mail, postal mail, or fax and we will respond promptly.
  
• OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee every item to be as advertised and to arrive in good condition. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise for any reason, please return item(s), along with your shipping address and comments, and we will make a prompt adjustment.
  
• Refund and Repair Policies: All returns must be made within 30 days after receipt of your merchandise for a full refund. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If your item is damaged due to shipping or is in any way faulty, you may mail it to us for a FREE repair or replacement of equal value at any time within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, WE will pay the shipping costs when we mail your new or repaired piece(s) back to you. PLEASE SEND A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT FOR ALL REFUNDS AND/OR REPAIRS. (Photocopies are acceptable.)
