We grew up in LaFayette Georgia and attended LaFayette High Shcool. Both growing up in God fearing households, we were exposed to the love of Jesus Christ at early ages. Our teachings never departed from us and were an ever-reminding influence on where we are today.
Both of us at one time had lost "all hope". We searched for happiness and serenity through many wordly avenuse only to find dead ends. While traveling these roads and paths of destruction we have learned a great deal. The one thing we are so happy about and we never forgot was that Jesus came into this world to seek and save the lost and to bring the backsliders home. Thank God for His Mercy For by His Stripes we are Healed.
After Dennis was called into the ministry. He felt the overwhelming need to bring "Hope to the Hopeless". Then in Nov. 29, 2001 we married and began Christian fellowship Ministries, later to become Dennis and Mechele Stoker Ministries.
We are involved in revivals, not only in churchs, but street evangelism, tract witnessing, feeding of the homeless, visitation to the elderly, we also are working with the leaders of our community to rehabilitate through 12 step recovery programs.(both Christ based and secular based). we realize the need that is right here in our communities for the churches to reach the wounded of our soceity in the love and compassion of Jesus christ.
