This android is yet another of Dr. Gero's manical creations intended to kill Son Goku. Kuririn fell in love with her after his first encounter with her. Cell was determined to transform from his 2nd stage to his "Complete Form" or his 3rd and final stage, and he finally engulfed #18 to become what he dreamed of, the "perfect fighting machine." #18 isn't seen again until Cell is nearly destroyed by Son Gohan and he vomits her out of his body. Kuririn "comes to her rescue", and later settle down and have a daughter.
