Desc : These giant caddisfly larva have evolved to a very specific niche-the bottom of waterfalls and white water regions. Like some of their smaller cousins, 'dwellers use nets on the bottom of the stream/river.
They look like aquatic caterpillars with no prolegs (the fleshy legs that disappear in the adult). They use silk to bind themselves to the bottom and to make the traps. The adults look like giant moths with hairy wings and are harmless.
Cmbt : 'Dwellers feed mostly on what is caught in their traps, all of the other food is from those who disturb the 'dwellers. They attempt to slice the food apart into eatable squares, to store or eat as the case maybe. They mostly feed on vegetation, so any animals trying to escape are ignored.
Hab/Soc: 'Dwellers are solitary to the point they have territories 2-5 m wide and will drive out invaders.
