Where am I?

It's cold and dark

My heart is beating

But not moving

Faster,faster,faster

But still not moving

It won't stop

But did it ever start

Is it actually happening at all

I am all alone

Knowone to turn to

Nowhere to go

Left in solitude to the powers of my own imagination

Mysterious images flash before my eyes

I hear sounds

But there is nothing around to make them

I can't breath

But I don't need to

I can't feel

How do I know it's cold

I don't

It is nothing

Not cold

Not warm

Just still and lifeless

I know where I am now

I am resting

I am as still and lifeless as the air

I no longer have a need to live

I am at peace at last

I am Dead.
