The Inner City houses ae located, well, in the inner city, but they are very elite houses. Although, you may have the concerns of living in the city, the houses are worth their money.
This picture is a typical office building in sector 8, located on 8th street, one out of 25-30 office and business buildings. Many people crowd each of these buildings everyday while doing business. The people of Sephalen live in houses and hotels, each sector can populate at least 2000 people with huge homes and convenient hotels.
The streets of Sephalen are often crowded and many people walk on them everyday. Below the streets are gas pipes from the plants which provide power to the city. Every street has it's own stores such as Item Shops and Weapons shops.
