These are the weapons used by Juno, Vela, and Lupus.
This is the standard issue Jet Force Pistol. It unleashes around 6 rapid-fire shots before recharging. If you run out of ammo, it has a supply of weaker backup pellets. It has excellent accuracy thanks to auto-targetting, but not enough firepower to take on larger enemies.
Relatively weak, but boasting a rate of fire to die for, the machine gun is unparalleled during close range fighting. However, its large spray reduces long-range efficiency. This is the weapon of choice against most foot soldiers and flying probes.
The plasma shotgun delivers a powerful shot with a wide impact range. The charge time requires team members to plan ahead when using it. When fully charged, plasma shots plow through multiple enemies and can be very affective on close formations of flying probes. The blasts will also harm the zombie drones on Tawfret.
Affectionately reffered to as the "shocker", this is an experimental device recieving its first field test. It incapacitates the enemy with a raw electrical discharge. A good choice when trying not to endanger tribals, or when the destruction of enemies is not necessary to advance to a new area.
Fueled by gas canisters, the lightweight flamethrower is a frighteningly effective close-range weapon that's guaranteed to wreak havoc amidst the enemy ranks. Be careful, as a burning enemy can still inflict damage on you and any tribals in the area.
The sniper rifle is the ultimate long-range weapon. It comes with a great zoom capability and is pretty powerful too, but doesn't fire at a very good rate. This is great for taking out probes from far away, where you can attack them but they can't attack you.
The looping trajectory and powerful blast of these grenades makes them ideal ambush weapons. Try not to leave your target too much time to run for cover. When you're standing on a walkway above another room, throw some grenades down and watch the fun. If you shoot a grenade just as an ant drone is about to throw it, it will blow up in his hand. It isn't hard to do either.
This heat-seeking ninja star can lock onto several enemies and take them all out with one throw. It's great against ants with shields, but not effective on the zombies on Tawfret. Make sure you pick up the shuriken after using it.
Throw it in the water and watch the fish eat it. You can distract enemies with it too. And certain dogs.Throw it at the big purple drones and they'll forget to fire.
Once thrown, press the Z button to detonate. Use them while luring drones in your direction for best effect. Fun weapon to use in multiplayer mode.
Prozimity mines detonate when an enemy comes near them. Keeping Z pressed sets the fuse for a delayed explosion. Although mostly a weapon of choice in multiplayer modes, drop some behind you to protect your back from enemies.
Flares aren't weapons or jeans, they are just lights you can use in dark areas. Press Z once to light, than again to throw.
One of the most devastating anti-personnel weapons available to the Jet Force Team. The first explosion shoots out 3 other small bombs to maximize the impact zone. Very efective against drones who spread out to take cover from your attacks. You would think they would be smart enough to see the bombs come down on them though.
Great for when you feel overwhelmed by enemies and you're out of machine gun ammo. 3 missles come out making a huge blast. Also good for killing big enemies, bosses, and doors, be careful whe using around tribals though.
The homing missle is the ultimate weapon. Make sure you get a lock on your target, they're too valuable to waste. Great against bosses, but save them for the end when fighting the Mechantids.
