The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons- 2001 GBC
After magically transporting to a vast world called Holodrum, Link witnesses a power-hungry general named Onox summon a mighty storm and kidnap the Oracle of Seasons -- a beautiful dancer named Din. Onox uses Din's power to hurl the forces of nature into chaos, so it's up to Link to restore peace to the land.


Wooden Sword - This sword is found in the Hero's Dungeon, already equipped when main-linked, and it causes 2x damage to Link's enemies.
Noble Sword - This sword is obtained through the extensive trading sequence Link must complete. Check the trading sequence guide for more info on how to get it. It causes 3x damage to enemies and it shoots an energy beam when Link has full power.
Master Sword - Found in the Lost Woods, you can get this using return-linking. It causes 4x damage and shoots an energy beam.
Biggoron's Sword - Found by using return-linking, this sword causes 5x damage and it is equipped using two hands, so no other items can be equipped with it.

Shields
Wooden Shield - Get this shield at certain shops for 30 Rupees. This shield just blocks some attacks.
Iron Shield - You must complete the Iron Shield quest in order to obtain this shield. See the guide. Once you complete this quest, you can buy it at shops. You can also get this shield using return-linking. It deflects more attacks than the Wooden Shield.
Mirror Shield - Get this at the Subrosian Smithy or using return-linking. This shield is the besy in the game in which it stops almost all enemy attacks.

Flutes
Dimitri's Flute - Get this from Dimitri if you won the Strange Flute. It calls him when it is played.
Moosh's Flute - Get this from Moosh if you bought the Strange Flute from a shop. It calls him when it is played.
Rickey's Flute - Get this from Rickey if you did not buy or win a Strange Flute. It calls him when it is played.
Strange Flute - You can but this at the Horon Village Shop or you win it at the Subrosia Dance Hall. Helps determine which animal will be your companion depending upon how the flute is obtained.

Special Items
Bombs - Found in the Gnarled Root Dungeon, they can blow up cracked walls, blocks, and inflict damage to most enemies.
Boomerang - Win this at the Subrosia Dance Hall. It stuns enemies, flips switches, and grabs items.
Fool's Ore - Get this through the Strange Brothers' event. It is a worthless piece of ore.
Hyper Slingshot - Found in the Sword and Shield Maze, this is a more powerful version of the slingshot that shoots three seeds at a time.
Magical Boomerang - Found in the Ancient Ruins, it is stronger than the Boomerang, which can defeat more enemies. It can be controlled in midair while the action button is held.
Magnetic Gloves - Found in the Unicorn's Cave, you can move heavy metal objects by pushing or pulling them away from other metal objects.
Power Bracelet - Found in the Snake's Remains Dungeon, this allows you to pick up heavy objects such as rocks, signs, and jars.
Roc's Cape - Found in the Explorer's Crypt, this allows you to jump and glide 3 spaces.
Roc's Feather - Found in the Poison Moth's Lair, this allows you to jump one space; use the Pegasus Seeds to jump farther.
Seed Satchel - Found in the Gnarled Root Dungeon, this carries 20 of each seed type.
Shovel - Get this from Holly and you can dig up ground revealing hidden items. This also be used to remove snow.
Slingshot - Found in the Dancing Dragon Dungeon, you can shoot seeds as a single target. This can be used at flipping switches at a distance.

Seeds
Ember Seeds - Get this from the Mysterious Tree in Holodrum. The burn down signs and bushes, and they light torches.
Gale Seeds - Get this from the Mysterious Tree in Holodrum. Transports you to a Mysterious Tree and blows up enemies when thrown or shot at them.
Mystery Seeds - Get this from the Mysterious Tree in Holodrum. Brings objects to life, such as Owl Stones. They also have a random effect when shot or thrown at enemies.
Pegasus Seeds - Get this from the Mysterious Tree in Holodrum. Gives you a temporary special boost. This will allow you to run faster, jump farther, or stun enemies.
Scent Seeds - Get this from the Mysterious Tree in Holodrum. Some monsters are attracted to its scent.

Seasons Items
Rod of Seasons - Found in the Temple of Seasons, this holds the power of the 4 seasons, and can be used to change the seasons once it is enchanted.
Power of Spring - Get this from the Spirit of Spring at the Temple of Seasons. This allows you to change the season to spring.
Power of Summer - Get this from the Spirit of Spring at the Temple of Seasons. This allows you to change the season to summer.
Power of Autumn - Get this from the Spirit of Spring at the Temple of Seasons. This allows you to change the season to autumn.
Power of Winter - Get this from the Spirit of Spring at the Temple of Seasons. This allows you to change the season to winter.

Misc. Items
Blue Ore - Found in Subrosia, you can combine this with the Red Ore to get the Hard Ore.
Bomb Flower - Found in Subrosia Village, this is needed to open the Tower of Autumn and rescue the Goron Elder.
Dragon Key - Found at Mt. Cucco, this is needed to enter the Dancing Dragon Dungeon.
Floodgate Key - Found in the Floodgate Keeper's House, this opens the floodgate.
Gasha Seed - Found in various locations (see guide), plant these in patches of soft soil (see guide) to grow trees containing valuable items.
Gnarled Key - Get this by waking up the Maku Tree, and this unlocks the Gnarled Root Dungeon.
Hard Ore - Combine the Red and Blue Ores at the Great Furnace, and this will allow you to upgrade a shield at the Subrosian Smithy.
Huge Maku Seed - Get this from the Maku Tree after collecting the 8 Essences of Nature, and this will break the spell that blocks the final dungeon.
Jewels (Circle, Pyramid, Square, and X-Shaped) - Found in various locations, this needed to enter the Tarm Ruins. Find it using the treasure map purchased at the Horon Village Shop.
Magic Potion - Sold at Syrup's Shop, also through Maple's event, it will refill your heart containers.
Magic Ring - Found at various locations, these unidentifiable rings are found and won; must be identified by Vasu before they can be used.
Master's Plaque - Complete the master diver's task and present it to the master diver to get the Zora Flippers.
Member's Card - Sold at the Subrosia Market, this allows entrance to the Horon Village Shop's basement.
Pirate's Bell - Take this rusty bell to the Subrosian Smith because this needed to get the pirate's ship to move.
Red Ore - Found in Subrosia, you must combine it with the Blue Ore to get the Hard Ore.
Ribbon - Trade the Star-shaped Ore at the Subrosia Market and give this Ribbon to Rosa so she will date you. This allows you to use Rosa's Key.
Rickey's Gloves - Defeat Blaino in the ring and you will get Rickey's missing boxing gloves. By giving them to him, he will help you out.
Rusty Bell - Found in the Samasa Desert, this an object of the Pirate Captain's quest.
Spring Banana - Found at Mt. Cucco, give this to Moosh so you can find the Dragon Key.
Star-shaped Ore - Found on the Subrosian Seaside, Trade it for the Ribbon at the Subrosian Market.
Treasure Map - Sold in the basement of the Horon Village Shop, this displays the location of 4 jewels on the map.
Zora Flippers - After you complete the mask diver's task in Sunken City, you get these and they allow you to swim in deep water. Swim faster by tapping A and dive by hitting B.


Horon Village- Use the Ember seads to burn the sappling blocking your path.
Eastern Suberbs- When you turn the season to winter, there will be a snowbank that will appear. Go up it into the cave to reach the heart piece.
Woods of Winter- When you change teh season to winter, use the Power Bracelet to lift the stone to get the piece.
Subrosia Market- You can buy this at the market. use 20 ore chunks and 10 Ember seads.
Eyeglass Lake- You can change the season to summer by the stump north of Eyeglass Lake. When you do this the lake will then dry up. You then can walk on the bed of the lake. Check the east straight, search under a stone. At the end of the dungeon there is a chest that will have the heart piece.
Moblin Keep- Once you gain the ability to swim, cross the water to Moblin's Keep. Enter the tower at the rear end and battle the Great Moblin. In order to defeat him toss bombs using the power bracelet. You get a heart piece after the battle is won.
Mt. Cucco- Clear the Dancing Dragon Dungeon and then hop off the cliff and at the bottom you will land right next to a heart piece.
Spool Swamp- Change the season to spring and head through the swamp. The high spring waters cover the vines, allowing you to obtain the heart piece.
Temple Remains- After causing the eruption that hits the Temple Remains, you should see a crack in the wall that you can bomb. Leap across to bomb it and get the piece inside.
Graveyard- Switch the seasons to fall and enter the cave below the graveyard. Jump across the pits to get throught the graveyard without vines. Pull the mushroms and the heart piece will be there.
Maple- Battle her enough and she will eventually drop it.
Gasha Plant- Eventually you will come across a tree that will have this inside. Plant one early in the game and then claim it at the end. You still have a chance that it will not be the heart piece. This one is hard to get. Good Luck.

TRADING SEQUENCE
1. Cuccodex- bibliophile (Horon City) Visit the bibliophile in Horon City at E8 on the map and light the torch with an ember seed. He will give you the Cuccodex.
2. Lon Lon Egg- Malon (Eyeglass Lake) Go to Malons house north of Eyeglass at E5 and talk to her. She'll take your Cuccodex and give you a Lon Lon Egg
3. Ghastly Doll- Maple (Random) When Maple the witch, runs into you with the Lon Lon Egg, she will give you the Ghastly Doll.
4. Iron Pot- woman (Spool Swamp) Talk to the woman inside a house to the east of Spool Swamp at B6 on the map and trade your Ghastly Dool for her Iron Pot.
5. Lava Soup- cook (Sabrosia) Go to the restaurant in Sabrosia at B2, and talk to the cook. Trade your iron pot for some lava soup.
6. Goron Vase- Biggoron (Goron Mountain) Take the lava soup to Biggoron on Goron Mountain at E1 and give the soup to him for his Goron Vase.
7. Fish- Ingo (Sunken City) Go to the northwest part of Sunken City at G3 on the map and give Ingo your Goron Vase for his fish.
8. Megaphone- old man (Eyeglass Lake) Take the fish north of Horon Village near Eyeglass Lake at D6 and give the old man your fish for his Megaphone.
9. Mushroom- Talon (Goron Mountain) Go through the caves in Goron Mountain at F1 and find Talon. Walk him up with the Megaphone and he will give you a Mushroom.
10. Wooden Bird- Syrup (Sunken City) Take the Mushroom to Syrup's Potion Shop in Sunken City during the Winter. Give Syrup the Mushroom and she will give you a Wooden Bird.
11. Engine Grease- Clockmaker (Horon Village) Go to the Clockmaker in Horon Village at point D7 on the map. Give him your Wooden Bird and he will give you Engine Grease.
12. Phonograph- Windmill (Woods of Winter) Go to the Windmill in the Woods of Winter at F7 and give the Engine Grease to the man for the Phonograph.
13. Directions to Noble Sword- Deku Scrub (Lost Woods) Take the Phonograph to the Deku Scrub at A3 in the Lost Woods and give it to him. He will then give you directions to find the sword.
14. Noble Sword- Lost Woods Use the Deku Scrubs directions by changing the seasons and getting warmer by going far to the west. Change the season to winter first, walk to the west. Change the season to Autumn, walk to the west. Change the season to Sprin, walk to the west. Finally, change the season to summer and walk to the west. You should find the Noble Sword. The Noble Sword fires blasts when you have full health.
