Strategy

Get out a lot of the little 1/1 merfolk as fast as you can, then use the Sunken Cites and Lords of Atlantis to beef them up to 8/8's. Use the Phantasmal Terrains to make them unblockable due to the Lord of Atl. islandwalk ability. OR Deck them with the Coral Fighters, Rootwater Thiefs, and Millstones
