Squat Battleragers are the fanatical zealots who risk all to defend the interests of the homeworlds. Known for their fierce courage, their barbarism, and their berzerk rage, they are the premiere hand to hand warriors of the Squat armies. These are Warriors that have turned their backs on all weapons that kill at a distance. They are Warriors that have withdrawn from normal Squat society and live only for battle. These Warriors live in special Battlerager Brotherhoods apart from the general population.

Squad: A squad consists of 5 Squat Warriors.
Weapons: Power axe.
Armour: Mesh Armour (5+ save).
Wargear: Battleragers may be given additional equipment from the Assault Weapons section of the wargear list, with the exception of pistols (they may never be given any ranged weapon).
Special Rules
Hatred: Battleragers are subject to the rules for hatred toward Orks, as are all Squats.
Battlerage: Battleragers are affected by frenzy. Also Battleragers fight in such a state that they are exceptionally hard to kill. To reflect this they have 2 wounds rather then 1. They just do not feel pain that would normally drop another. Further, Ballteragers advance into battle singing and drooling. This is an intimidating sight. More then a few armies have been shaken by the mere thought of battlragers being present, thus battleragers cause Fear.
Fanatical Single-mindedness: Battleragers become berzerk to the point where they no longer have the motor skills or the nessicary mind set to use any ballistic weapon. Thus Battleragers may never be equipped with grenades or ballistic weapons.
