A Lukka leader (Foundry) leads his unit (Old Glory), charging the hated Egyptians or their dogface Sherden allies. These Lukka pirates are part of my army’s mercenary contingent. Because they are warbands, I use them in large units (30+) and point them straight toward the enemy. Warband have their leadership increased by +1 for every extra rank up to 3. The high leadership makes the unit more resilient in close combat and able to stand up against missile fire.
The two figures in the foreground are Foundry, the rest are Old Glory. Originally, the Old Glory figures all hold swords, with some I cut their swords off, drill holes in their hands and gave them javelins. It's a bit of work but the variety of weapons gives the unit a nice look.
