A quick scans of the Militia unit I'm painting up for a Rus army.
The models are all from the Old Glory Russian Town Militiamen (ME-32). These are all five poses that come in the bag of 30. The spears are plastic, I had to use a thinner gauge plastic rod for the gentleman second from the right, he had such a tiny hand.
