Mario Party-
Bowser's Magma Mountain stage
Complete the first six stages and collect 1000 coins. You must buy things in the shop, including the key to the Magma Mountain, while playing in those six stages. After that, the Magma Mountain can be played.

Eternal Star stage
Get 100 stars in the Magma Mountain stage. Then a special event will appear and the Eternal Star stage will appear after that.

Special shop items
Complete the Eternal Star stage. Then the ending sequence will appear. After that, special items may be bought in the shops.

Alternate title screen
Complete the game with a character to feature that person as the main character on the title screen.

Get coins easily
Select any three characters. Then, stop at the final round of game and turn all the CPU players into players 2P, 3P and 4P. All stars and coins may now be easily collected.

Win without playing
Start the adventure or pot of skills game as normal. Then, press Start as soon as the game begins to display the settings screen. Press A, then choose "Controller Settings" and change all human players into CPU players. The game will play automatically. If you wish to collect any coins or stars, change the CPU players back into human players.

Mario Party 2-
Bowser Land
Complete all five regular boards with any character and have a superstar on each.

Mini-game land extras
Purchase half the mini-games from Woody in mini-game land to receive the mini-game arena. Beat the Bowser Land course for more arena modes.

Mini-game coaster mode
Purchase all the mini-games (1 vs. 3, 2 vs. 2, and 4 vs. 4) from Woody to get the mini-game coaster. This mode allows you to play all of the mini-games in an adventure. All together, there are nine worlds.

Purchase item mini-games
Successfully complete the mini-game coaster on the normal difficulty setting to get the ability to purchase item mini-games.

Purchase battle mini-games
Successfully complete the mini-game coaster on the hard difficulty setting to get the ability to purchase battle mini-games.

Dungeon Dash mini-game
Successfully complete the mini-game coaster on the normal difficulty setting. Then, go to the mini-game park to get the Dungeon Dash mini-game from the piranha plant chasing the butterfly. Note: This is basically the same game as Desert Dash from the first Mario Party.

Rainbow Run mini-game
Successfully complete the mini-game coaster on the normal difficulty setting. Then, purchase all the item mini-games and go to the mini-game park to receive the Rainbow Run mini-game. Note: This is basically the same as Tightrope Treachery from the first Mario Party.

Driver's Ed mini-game
Successfully complete the mini-game coaster on the hard difficulty setting. Then, purchase all the battle mini-games and go to the mini-game park to receive the Driver's Ed mini-game. Go to Woody to play it at anytime. Note: This game is basically like Mario Kart 64. This mini-game cannot be played during a board game.

Credits machine
Successfully complete the game on every board, including Bowser Land, then visit the options laboratory to get the credits machine.

Taunt
When it is someone else's turn, press L to taunt the other player(s).

CPU assistance
Pause the game before player one starts the first turn on any game. Select "Settings" and set all the players to "CPU" under the hard difficulty setting. Resume the game and wait until the coins and stars are adding up at the end. The game will add up all the coins and stars from every player, regardless if they are CPU or human controlled. Note: This may also be done in the mini-game stadium by setting all handicaps to 50.

Mario Party 3
Auto-Naming
If you don't enter a name for yourself when you create a new save file and leave the field blank, the game will randomly pick a classic Nintendo character name for you. Names include Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Wario, and more.

Unlock New Boards
Play all the way through Story Mode to unlock two new boards in Party Mode: Backtracks (like the old board game Bonkers) and Waluigi's Island.
