All of these cities have Kindred that are not on this list. These are the majority of the Kindred that may prove pertinent to the events of the Headless Rave. All information listed herein is considered public knowledge and would be known by pretty much any Kindred in that city.
For reasons of information distribution, the storytellers have decided to post it all publically rather than send out yet more sheets of paper. Players are free to read whatever information here they wish, but we feel that the maximum enjoyment would be gained from the game by reading only those pertinent to your character.
