Los Angeles has long been a focus for both Camarilla and Sabbat antagonism. It is the largest city in the western world that is not held under the sway of one of those two factions and they both lust after it endlessly. There was a dramatic overthrow of the city’s Princedom in the 1940s led by Jeremy MacNeil and Salvador Garcia. It spread north and south until every city in California south of San Francisco was controlled by Anarks. Since then, there have been two Camarilla and three Sabbat attempts to retake Southern California but none have succeeded terribly. There was a setback about ten years ago as San Diego fell to Ventrue and Tremere forces. Other than that, Los Angeles proved to be too strong for the Nosferatu Justicar Petrodon (now dead) to take. It has long been held as a model and a utopia for young Anarchs across the world.

  • Arturo

    Brujah. Jeremy MacNeil’s chief asskisser and his progeny. Generally follows around MacNeil and plays toady. Not very well respected by the rest of the city’s Anarchs for that reason.

  • Badass Motherfucker

    Caitiff. Yes, that is the name he goes by. This guy’s new and different. What’s his story? He came in off a train from somewhere back east. Then he moves in, throws his weight around and gets his ass kicked repeatedly and on a regular basis. Somehow, he’s got ahold of some street influences nonetheless.

  • Bass

    The city’s most active Nosferatu, at least right now. They seem to come and go, and this one seems no more permanent than any of the others.

  • Bill Blaze

    This infamous Hollywood director of cheesy B-movies is actually a Malkavian whose motivations and goals seem to be the making of perfectly good (or bad) movies, usually starring infamous vampiric characters. The Masquerade has not been breached, and he's not stupid enough to push that particular envelope. He has proved immune to attempts to manipulate or otherwise control him, and many fear that his immunity to such manipulations would be matched by the strength of his wrath. Of course, he only really seems to care about making movies. He usually has a couple of his film crew with him and recruits actors from those present. Both Rapunzel and Lodin have made guest appearances in his movies.

  • Bowser

    A grunt who occasionally works for MacNeil. Travels much of California, may or may not actually show up.

  • Carlos Ramirez

    A former Anarch from San Diego. Pretty much Ran everything south of Glendale all the way to the Mexican border. The Camarilla took San Diego in 1991, and Ramirez and MacNeil both pointed fingers at each other. During the Tontine, they met in the Semifinals and MacNeil nearly killed Ramirez, pulled off by the Jamaican. Ramirez is now hiding out someplace else.

  • Cross

    A gambler who runs the gamut between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Do not expect him to be here -- he's got a big game in Atlantic City this weekend. But he may just drop by.

  • Jeremy MacNeil

    MacNeil is a very, very strong Brujah who has long been the most prominent figure in Los Angeles. He is widely reputed to the Founder of the Anarch Free States as well as the most influential Anarch voice in the world. MacNeil controls a large percentage of the city’s Street Influences. Quietly, the whispers about undue influence from the Far East are growing louder and louder. Some go so far as to say that his street influences are no longer entirely his own.

  • Jochen Van Nuys

    Although sharing a name with an LA suburb, this cocksucker happens to be the Prince of San Francisco. A Ventrue or some prissy clan, he’s afraid of the Anarchs. And rightly so – we’d kick his ass!

  • Nicolai

    The lardass Tremere Prince of San Diego. Widely despised by all vampires in LA and the Free States. The feeling is definitely mutual.

  • Salvador Garcia

    Salvador Garcia is the second most influential vampire in Los Angeles, and he has long been suspected of having a severe case of penis envy. He controls a lot of the city’s Street Influences, although as not as much as fellow Brujah MacNeil.

  • Sparkle

    The city’s Nosferatu elder, he hasn’t been seen in awhile. Maybe Bass knows.

  • Viper

    A west coast Brujah, from Portland, perhaps? Not well known but has been seen in LA from time to time. Made some sort of noise about coming to the Tontine.

  • Zion

    Another young Brujah. Always positive, always eager to help. Trying to make a name for herself. Acquired some of Garcia’s Street Influences recently. Since Garcia hasn’t reacted violently, it’s kind of presumed that they are in bed together. Maybe figuratively, maybe literally.
