There are a lot of little (and big)
extras for the new Game Cube. This area is dedicated to showing them
to everybody!
^Game Cube Wireless Controller
- No longer will you be tangled up in
cords. This controller has no cords instead it has a receiver on the system
to catch the feedback. It has a distance range of about 10 m.
^Game Cube Internet Modem - Use
this to go onto the internet through your Game Cube. Play other people
on-line or just surf the web! You can even download new games. Compatible
with 56Kbps, V. 90 (56K)
^Game Cube Expansion Ports - There
are three expansion ports on the bottom of the Cube. Just like on the bottom
of the Nintendo 64 there is an expansion port for the 64 Disk Drive (Japan
only). SERIAL PORT 1 is used for the internet modem, as shown above, but
no ones sure what the other two are for.
^Game Cube Digi Card -This
memory card is designed exclusively for the Cube. Nintendo did not say
much about it at all other then the fact it can hold 4Mbits (5MB) of Flash
Memory. Digi Cards will cost less than other memory cards and be much better!
The Digi Cards will be made by Macronix who supplies Nintendo with it's
ROM memory for the N64.
That's all the extras for now. Were almost possotive Nintendo will release more in the future so keep checking back here.
