Gate of Villager
Go the arena and win G-Class.
Head to the Gate of Villager. This gate will feature new monsters and will allow your monsters to level up some more.
When your monsters are about levels 4-5, take on Dragon, the Gate's boss. Make sure Hale is in your team, you'll need his healing powers.
Talk to the princess. Offer to carry her back, but you will be unsuccessful. Then talk to Dragon and prepare to fight.
Dragon will be harder than Hale because he actually has decent attack power. Watch out for FireAir and FireSlash, they will do damage do your monsters. This is where Heal and herbs come in handy.
When Dragon is defeated, accept him into your party. He is useful on the offensive side of your team. Watabou comes and takes you back to the castle.
