History
The history of this land is unclear, but I will tell you what I have found out about it. This land was first found about 1,000 years ago. There was a group of explores that found this land and they claimed that they would build a city here. Some of the explorers in the group wasn't so sure about this idea. There was a rumor that the islands of this land was plagued by evil. Still one explorer by the name of Haiti Bataille wanted to populate this land, so he use what little magic he had known to form a portal to reach his home land. Haiti Bataille did in fact get back home, and he brought is family to the land. When he returned from is three day trip home, he found that five of his crew was missing and two were dead. Haiti Bataille didn't let this scare him, even though over half of his crew wanted to leave. His men asked that they be allowed to use his portal to go home. Haiti Bataille did as they asked and left them go home. Years past and Haiti Bataille started to really get a hold on the land, though he never left the main island. Haiti Bataille had now started a little village, and thought that he might bring more people from his homeland to populate this new land. About the time Haiti Bataille would have been fifty he had the island build up to a population of a little under 10,000. Haiti Bataille died at the age of 102 years old.
It was after his death that the real problems started. After Haiti Bataille died no one could open the portal to their homeland, and their was the fear of running out of supplies. The council that was formed decided that they would send out an exploration team to reach one of the other islands. After almost a year of waiting there was no sign of the team, until a couple bodies washed up on the shore of the main island. The council wasn't to worried, but the residents were they wanted to go home.
About five hundred years ago according to the history, a man stumbled onto a portal that lead to the land. When he got there all the inhabitants were dead, most had starved to death. He then thought he would try to repopulate the land, but to his dismay he couldn't find his way home. He too soon died from the lack of food.
Now another five hundred years later. I Gonther Claven have found a portal to the Lost Land of Emanon. Being that I am an Explorer and Mage I have been able to keep the portal open now for about a year. I have explored the main island of this land and found nothing but bones and old ruins of old fashion huts. About six months after I got here I brought in a crew to help me set up some things. I have made some improvements after they left, and now I think I am finally ready to allow people to come in from other realms. I have improved my portal so that I can get people in and out from any realm that I want. Also I have set up portal stations in some realms so that people can come in of their own free will.
Now the world is in the restoration age, where people are needed to come in and rebuild the buildings, and repopulate the world known as Emanon.
