Well, the first Freespace Story Archive poll went okay.  We only got 24 votes, but most of you seemed damned and determined to put new images on this sight.  Too bad, the old ones are staying.  Oh, calm down, I've got more than enough work to do with the changes I am going to make that I don't need any more.  So here's what I'm going to do:
 

• Basic Reorginization:  If you hadn't noticed, and I'm sure you haven't, everything here at the Archive is in one directory.  This made it easy to make links early on, but it's getting harder to know what is for what.  So I'm going to have to start re-doing this part, which means changing most of the links on every page.  It's a big piece of work, and I'd rather not do it, but it must be done.
• New Indices:  To help you guys buzz through the Archive's collection, I'm going to set up two new story index pages.  The first will be the complete index, listing all the stories in alphabetical order.  The second will be based on the author's name, listing all the stories written by said author.
• Finish the Damn Links Page:  Ever since we opened, the Links page has been the ultimate hole of nothingness.  No more!  I promise that eventually, a real Links page will be up.  Eventually.
• Features Section:  Perhaps the biggest change of all will be the addition of a Features section.  Here, all the stuff that can help an author (Freespace Reference Bible for example) will be placed along with any other works that aren't quite stories.  On top of that, a secret project is planned.  If I can orginize it, you'll see it pop up very shortly.

• Image Slots for Members:  That's right, I'll now have an option for our loyal members to put the image of their choice with there stories.  I'll be sending the details to the members shortly, but this should please those of you who voted for New Images.
