He easily slices frieza in half after he attempts to kill him with the same attack that he used to destroy namek. Frieza and his men wipe out the entire population of Namekians on his quest, but is confronted by Gohan, Piccolo, Krillen, and Vegeta, who have also come to Namek. While Goku is healing in one of Frieza's rejuvination chambers, the four fight Frieza long enough for Goku to heal. Frieza has three transformations, increasing power each time. He easily kills Vegeta, and defeats Piccolo. Frieza, in his final stage of transformation, is hit by a Spirit Bomb from Goku, yet still survives. He reacts to the attack by wounding Piccolo, and killing Goku's best friend, Krillin. Frieza is defeated by Super Saiyan Goku, and is thought to be dead for awhile. Unbeknowst to the Z Fighters, Frieza was found by his father King Kold, and was rebuilt into a cyborg. He comes to Earth in search of Goku, but is confronted by Trunks and killed.

After trying again, he accedently changes bodies with a frog. Eventually, he finds Bulma, and steals her body, but becomes a frog again when trying to steal Piccolo's body. Android 20
Race-Human/Android

20, a.k.a. Dr. Gero, turned himself into an android in order to get revenge on Goku. Dr. Gero's Red Ribbon army had been destroyed by Goku when he was a child, and because of that, Gero vowed revenge. Gero designed many android prototypes, but it took him many tries to perfect his creations. Gero has been gathering information for many years about Goku and his friends. He has noticed their constant rising powers. Gero never documented the fight on Namek, but calculated that their powers would always increase. Therefore, Gero designed the androids to surpass the Z fighters and Goku in every way, and he designed them to be ruthless killing machines. Unfortunatly for Gero, he was killed by Android 17, his own creation. However, before his death, Gero had designed his greatest creation, Android 21, who is better known as Cell...

Cell
Race-Android

Cell is the ultimate creation of Dr. Gero, made up of the Cells of the strongest warriors in the universe: Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza, King Kold, and the rest of the Z Fighters, allowing him to use their special attacks and techniques, i.e. Goku’s Kamehameha, Piccolo’s regenerative capabilities, and Frieza’s ability to breathe in space. With their techniques, Cell also inherited some of their personality traits, like Vegeta’s constant desire to grow stronger. Cell was programmed to absorb the rebellious androids 17 and 18 into his being, allowing him to reach his perfect body. The Cell that we see in DBZ is the Cell from Trunks’ time. He kills Trunks and steals his time machine in order to go back in time to when 17 and 18 were still alive, since in his time, they were killed by Trunks. Cell first appears in his Imperfect form and begins sucking the life force out of innocent people in order to grow stronger, little by little. Even in his Imperfect form, he is too tough for many of the Z Fighters to handle, and after he successfully absorbs the two Androids, the cockiness he inherited from Vegeta kicks in, and he decides, after seeing that none of the Z Fighters were strong enough to dent him in his perfect stage, he gives them 9 days to prepare for his “Cell Games”. When they begin, Cell easily defeats Hercule and his students, and then squares off with Goku. After regenerating his entire upper half, Cell begins fighting with Gohan. The fight seems equal at first, but once Cell kills Android 16, Gohan becomes enraged at the loss of the Android and turns SSJ2, totally outclassing Cell in every area. Knowing that he can’t win, Cell turns on his Self-Destruct mechanism and attempts to blow up the Earth. After Goku nobly sacrifices his life to save the Earth by teleporting Cell to King Kai’s planet, the Z Fighters think that the nightmare is over. Suddenly, Cell reappears on the battlefield in his perfect form and launches a KI energy beam that kills Trunks. He explains that he left a cell of himself behind and regenerated from that. Enraged by his son’s death, Vegeta starts attacking Cell, but he is no match for the Android’s superior strength and he is defeated. Gohan and Cell have a huge power struggle with colliding Kamehamehas, and with a little help from Goku and Vegeta, Gohan blasts both beams back at Cell, killing the evil Android once and for all.

Cell Jr.

One of Cell's infamous tricks, these small blue fighters are actually miniature Cells who possess the same fighting power as Cell does. They may have sounded threatening, but Gohan kills all 7 of them at once by revealing his true power and acending to the level of Super Saiyan 2.

Spopovitch
Race- Human

Spopovitch appears first in the World’s Martial Arts tournament before Buu with an M on his forehead.. He is matched up against Videl, the daughter of Hercule. Hercule believes that his daughter definitely has the upper hand because he had defeated Spopvitch himself at a previous tournament, but many of the Z Fighters get a bad vibe from this guy. When Videl tries to use her ability to fly as an advantage, Spopovitch reveals that he also has the ability to fly, shocking everyone, including some of his old colleagues. In one of the most brutal fights in DBZ, Spopovitch relentlessly pummels Videl horribly until his partner Yamu tells him to stop. Spopovitch revelas his true reason for attending the tournament when he absorbs SSJ Gohan’s energy. Kaioshin later reveals that Spopovitch and Yamu are slaves to Dabura, who care the tournament to absorb energy in order to awaken Buu. Spopovitch is killed by Pui Pui, a henchman of Babidi.

Yamu
Race- Human

Yamu is Spopovitch’s partner. He is also a zombie to Dabura who attends the World’s Martial Arts Championship in search of energy to steal. He and Spopovitch steal Gohan’s energy and fly off to bring the energy to their master. Yamu is also killed by Pui-Pui after Babidi feels that he has no more use for the two slaves.

Babidi
Family- Father-Bibidi

Babidi is the son of the mage Bibidi, the creator of the beast known as Majin Buu. Babidi’s true power lies in his magical abilities, rather than his physical strength. He has the ability to bring out the evil in people’s hearts and use it to control them to do his bidding. When we first see Babidi, we discover that he has obtained Buu’s cocoon, and that he needs to gather pure energy in order to release him. Babidi charms Vegeta, and sends him off to fight Goku, since every hit that one of Babidi’s slaves land means more energy for Majin Buu. Babidi’s intended to use Buu to rule the world, but after the monster was hatched, it hardly even acknowledged it’s master’s existence. Babidi is chopped in half by Piccolo, but is killed completely by Buu once he grows tired of his “master.”

Dabura

Dabura is the king of the demon world in the DBZ universe. He is feared by many, including the Supreme Kai himself. Dabura makes his first appearance in the show as a slave to the evil wizard Babidi. He is very strong, and has the ability to transform his opponents into stone by spitting on them(he does this to Krillin and Piccolo). He fights Gohan on the third floor of Babidi’s ship and almost turns him to stone. After Majin Vegeta gains enough energy from Goku to reawaken Buu, Dabura decides that Buu is too powerful and must be destroyed. In the end, Buu transforms Dabura into a cookie and eats him, releasing Piccolo and Krillin from the stone spell.
