After making your way up the old trail, you found yourself standing in front of a man-sized cave opening in the mountainside. There was a sturdy, iron bar grate covering the opening, but the gate set into it had rusted and fallen off. The tingle of magics surrounded the opening as well...those with a knowing of such things would feel that it is a powerful set of wards to keep something in...but you had no problem stepping into the cave. You may have wished otherwise as you are whisked away into the fiery, stifling hot lair of the creature who is now turning to face you!
Whether your heart is filled with fear or awe as you gaze upon the creature and it's surroundings matters not, as you hear an amused female voice behind you: "Tsk tsk tsk...did ye not read the warnings my friend?" You turn to look at her, feeling an odd comfort in her voice, but this 
is all you see before you feel yourself whisked away once more, hearing the mad howlings of the Beast echo in your mind as you feel yourself pulled away....
