[Beginning]
Garr is the first character to join your party, though not for long. He was the one who finds Stahn after he falls from the Draconis. Stahn and him then go out to find Master Torn's (who's house they're in) granddaughter, Chelsea (who also joins you party). After you find her there is an ineteresting fight between her and Master Torn about sewing pants. After this, Garr leads you to Janos, where he leaves you. Later on in the game you find him in the Phandaria castle again where he permantly joins your party .
[Personality]
Garr is the oldest Swordian master in the group (Bruiser is older than him, but he doesn't have a Swordian). Garr, like his Swordian, could be considered the smartest one out of the group. If Stahn wasn't leader, he could be. Lots of people like Garr because he looks like Trunks from DBGT -.-;;. That's a pretty stupid reason. Anyway, Garr likes to travel a lot, but is a very serious fellow (like Leon, except less tragic).
Garr only uses bows and arrows at first because Igtenos is dormant. He can also use spears, which are better than bows. His attack power is good. When he gets Igtenos (finally), you may notice that his attack power is less than when he has a spear. His spells are good. Everything with him is pretty well balanced.

Garr is the traveling prince of Phandaria, and later on becomes king when his parents are killed.
