You see Kelvina and the other Elements after you meet Dominia. They constantly bug you and fight you, in person and in Gears.

Kelvina is often paired with Dominia in fights. She keeps Dominia (in a broken Gear) from making a last chance to kill the group. Kelvina is very levelheaded and for some reason never opens her eyes.
