Krelian, though an important character to the game, is not met until later on. He is somewhat of a scientist and usually tinkers with nanotechnology and other genetic things. He and Miang seem to be running things instead of the Emperor and Ministry. Krelian has the idea that he will ressurect "God".

Krelian is coldhearted. He tells the Ministry that he has gotten rid of all his emotions, but has he really? He seems to want Elly badly, which has to do with his past. He is extremely focused on his plan and won't let anything get in the way

First of all, Krelian used the nanotechnology on himself to make him live longer. He was originally living in Lacan's time (he had blue hair then). He was a military man and greatly admired Sophia, was even in love with her. He was very jealous with the fact that she loved Lacan who didn't even know how to return her feelings. When she died he blamed it on Lacan, and then decided to ressurect the "God" that didn't grant their prayers and save Sophia.
