You see Seraphita and the other Elements after you meet Dominia. They constantly bug you and fight you, in person and in Gears.
[Personality]
Seraphita is often paired with Tolone in fights. She is very ditzy and can't do anything without Tolone. Not surprisingly, her attacks are very weak, but annoying. Note that she bears a striking resembalance to Chu-chu!
