The Last of the Renshai

Warning! This contains some mild spoilers, so get yer ass outta here unless you really don't care whether you see what happens or not

Ok, I really screwed this up the first time, but I'm gonna try to make it sound better @_@. The worlds are kept together by the balance set up by Odin. The Wizards of the North (good), South (evil), East (neutral and West (neutral) champion these causes. But when the current Western Wizard's apprentice comes back with a disturbing message of the coming Ragnorok, the balance may be in danger.
The Renshai are a clan of from the North whose name sparks fear and hatred into most people. After running rampant through the Westlands and having friction with their fellow Northmen the clan is allowed to live "peacefully under the sun" on an island now known as "Devil's Island". However, one night the Northmen come and attack every Renshai, except Rache Kallmirsson. Journeying across the North he is taught by the only other full blooded Renshai, Episte after escaping from the Northmen king's gladiator pit.Unfortunately, Episte dies of old age soon after their meeting. Rache manages to make it to the town of Santigathi where dispite his young age he manages to get the grudging respect of most everyone.
Many years later, Rache is the captain of Santigathi's men, and also trains the gladiators where his enemy, Garn is. There's also Mitrian, Santigathi's daughter, who is learning the sword from Rache against her father's will. From Shadimar, the Eastern Wizard, she obtains crystals holding the soul of a Renshai for her sword. Soon after, Garn manages to paralyze Rache, causing him to permenantly lose the use of his legs. Garn escapes with Mitrian and things start to get really interesting.
On their journey, they meet up with the red-haired hunter Arduwyn, the seemly simple-minded Sterrane, and Colbey, a Renshai thought to be long dead. Together they run around the Westlands trying to get away from Rache and Santigathi's men who are trying to bring Mitrian back. All the while the Great War is brewing between the West and the East, and you can bet that all of these guys are gonna take part in it.
Ah, that was a much better summary, no screaming and it even sounded better ^_^

.back home.
